How To Use

Water temperature: 95–100°C (just off the boil)
Brew time: 5–7 minutes for a light, aromatic cup...up to 10 minutes for a deeper, richer flavour
Tea quantity: 1 teaspoon (2–2.5g) per 250ml of water
Serving suggestion: Enjoy on its own, or add a splash of milk and a drizzle of honey for a comforting treat.

For iced Rooibos, brew it strong (2 teaspoons per 250ml) and let it cool before pouring over ice. It pairs beautifully with a wedge of orange or a sprig of fresh mint!
